The Strahan Brother started the SB Investment Group with a fourplex in Long Beach, CA and have since grown to own multi-family assets across the United States with specific focus on quality assets at affordable prices. Both brothers have deep experience in real estate from debt and equity financing to sourcing and acquisition and most other steps in-between.

How We Do It
The SB Investment Group invests in acquisition opportunities that unlock value in a number of ways, such as asset rehabilitation, re-positioning, and creative financing. We begin our investment process by conducting rigorous due diligence on potential properties, analyzing key market indicators and demographic trends to ensure that each asset aligns with our investment strategy.
Property Types We Focus On
At the SB Investment Group, the acquisition of a property is only the beginning. Once the property is placed under contract and financing secured, we oversee everything from property management to construction. We also manage all aspects of financial reporting for the project, and eventually, the sale of the asset. Throughout the life cycle of the project, we make sure to keep our clients up to date with our monthly newsletter.

Management Team
Wiley is the former Co-Head of Industrial Real Estate at Maersk in North America and currently serves as the Head of Digital Innovation for Maersk. He has previously held roles in Finance, Business Operations, and Real Estate for a number of Public and Private Companies. Wiley earned both his Bachelors and Masters from the University of Southern California. Both brothers are also active investors across multiple investment types including venture, small businesses and public and private stocks.
Wyatt currently serves as a Director of Capital Markets on Newmark Los Angeles’ Capital Markets team. He formerly was a Professional baseball play for the Cincinnati Reds. He previously worked in Capital Markets at HFF & JLL and rotated through a number of departments at Kennedy Wilson, a premier commercial real estate investment and property management firm, where he gained experience in institutional real estate investing. Both brothers are also active investors across multiple investment types including venture, small businesses and public and private stocks.
